2.1 Provider-Patient Relationship

TruCare Health connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. The provider-patient relationship is established between you and the individual healthcare provider who evaluates your case, not with TruCare Health as an entity.

2.2 Telemedicine Consent

By using our telemedicine services, you consent to receiving healthcare services remotely through electronic communications. You understand that telemedicine has limitations and may not be appropriate for all medical conditions. Our providers are licensed in California and other states where we offer services.

2.3 State Licensure

All medical providers are licensed in the state(s) where they provide services. Services are only available to patients located in states where our providers are licensed. You must be physically located in an eligible state at the time of your consultation.

2.4 Prescription Medications

Prescription medications require evaluation by a licensed provider. Not all patients will qualify for prescription medications. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the evaluating provider based on medical appropriateness. All prescriptions comply with DEA and state regulations.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and all subsequent interactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading health information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use services to obtain controlled substances unlawfully
• Share prescription medications with others
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.1 Service Fees

Fees for consultations, treatments, and products are displayed on our website. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

5.2 Insurance

Some services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. We do not guarantee insurance coverage. You are responsible for verifying coverage with your insurance provider and paying any amounts not covered by insurance.

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Individual results may vary. TruCare Health and its providers make no warranties regarding treatment outcomes.

7.2 Emergency Services

Our services are not appropriate for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruCare Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
